The Chief Whip of the government P.C. George Thursday accused leader of the opposition V.S. Achuthanandan of irregularities in the appointment in of the CEO to the Infopark.
The appointment of Jijo Joseph as the CEO was illegal and a Vigilance probe should be conducted into the role of Achuthanandan in it, George said here.
George alleged that Jijo Joseph was a relative of former LDF MP Sebastian Paul and there are irregularities in the appointment. George said that the incident will expose Achuthanandan. If a probe is conducted VS will find himself behind the bars, he said.
Meanwhile, responding to George, Achuthanandan said George makes such references for being a newsman everyday.
