Malayalam Television Anchor Ranjini Haridas has signed up her first Malayalam film, and she would be seen in the role of a lady cop in this film.The film “Entry” which is diricted by Rajesh Amanakara .
It’s Rajesh Amanakara’s directorial debut film ‘Entry’ that would also mark Ranjini’s debut in films. The most popular anchor on Malayalam television, Ranjin Haridas has been offered many a film, but had taken a while to say ‘Yes’ to a project. Ranjini says that its not a run-of-the-mill kind of role, and that’s what has made her decide to do the role.
Also, her job was turning out to be a bit monotonous, and hence she thought she would try out something different. She also says that she is not much concerned about the reactions of the audience, and doesn’t plan to go on a signing spree either.“I am really bored of what I am doing and everything has become kind of monotonous. I wanted something challenging; something to spice up my life and I guess this is it,” says Ranjini. As of now, she would just see how this goes and then decide further, she revealed while interacting with a prominent English daily.
